Deeply implement the Action Plan for Building a Global Influential Industrial Science and Technology Innovation Center, explore new models and mechanisms for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote the transfer and transformation of innovative resources such as technological achievements and high-end talents from Chengdu to Jiangsu Innovation Park and enterprises. The Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center, in collaboration with Sichuan University, successfully held a special matchmaking event between Jiangsu Innovation Park and Chengdu Technology Transfer Service Institutions in Chengdu on November 13-14, 2024. Zhang Weixiang, Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center, and Song Geyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sichuan University Industry Group, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. More than 70 representatives of Chengdu colleges and universities and technology transfer institutions, such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Branch, Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Jiangsu innovation parks and enterprises, such as Suzhou Industrial Park, Taicang Biomedical Industrial Park, and Yixing Economic Development Zone, participated in the project docking.

At the special docking meeting, Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center introduced the "33310" industrial technology integrated innovation service system. The center also organized parks and enterprises to carry out activities such as "Entering Sichuan University's Major Innovation Platform" and "Entering Chengdu High tech Zone". First, we went deep into the National Biomedical Materials Engineering Technology Research Center of Sichuan University, and had in-depth exchanges with Mr. Zhang Xingdong, a famous material science and engineering scientist in China and an academician of the CAE Member. Second, we visited the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials of Sichuan University and the National Key Science and Technology Infrastructure of Translational Medicine (Sichuan), observed scientific research activities, and carried out docking negotiations.

This docking activity will further assist Jiangsu Guangsen Medical in docking and transforming high-quality technological resources that have landed in Chengdu, promote win-win cooperation between Jiangsu and Chengdu, and empower the development of new quality productivity. The center will regularly organize technology transfer roundtable meetings, technology achievement roadshows, and zero distance laboratory visits through Chengdu Station, to facilitate the docking and implementation of achievements between Jiangsu High tech Park, innovative enterprises, and universities and research institutes in Chengdu.
