On February 2, 2024, as the sun and moon move forward, the time is full and the year is new. On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, the annual special event for high-level talents in our city, "New Year Around the Stove Talk Development," was successfully held. Officials from the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the High tech Zone, as well as formal members of the High level Talent Club, have specially invited our General Manager Tang Yipeng to participate in the event.
In 2023, the whole city will conscientiously implement the decisions and deployments of the central and provincial municipal committees, solidly promote the strategy of "strengthening the city with talents", and form a talent work pattern where organizational departments take the lead in overall management, each department performs its own duties and closely cooperates, and the whole society participates widely. Throughout the year, 10 new talent projects were selected for the provincial "Double Innovation Plan", among which the team project was the only one selected in Zhenjiang City in 2023, filling the gap in this field in our city in the past 10 years. Focusing on "talent attraction and education" and "technological breakthroughs", actively connecting with various resource policies, Beijing and Shanghai science and technology talent incubators operate steadily, while launching a series of special events for talent attraction and high-level talent clubs and other brand activities, further creating an innovative and entrepreneurial environment of "binding hearts and retaining talents, bringing joy from afar".
During the event, relevant officials from the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the High tech Zone not only sent New Year's greetings to the attendees, but also had in-depth exchanges with high-level talents such as Mr. Yu, Chief Scientist of Tiangong Group, Mr. Guo, Dean of Chaoli Electric Appliance Research Institute, and Mr. Zhao, Head of Jinyu Bowo Runze Biotechnology, on how to better build a talent friendly city, construct an industrial innovation cluster, and promote high-quality urban development. At the same time, they focused on inquiring about the production and operation situation of Guangsen Medical Equipment Company, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's existing problems in technology research and development, and encouraging us to continue to grow and strengthen in the new year, making new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of Danyang. Our representative Tang Yipeng also talked about his feelings and achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship in Danyang, and expressed gratitude to the party organizations at all levels for their care and support for the development of individuals and enterprises.
