Benchmarking and learning activities for the new generation of entrepreneurs in Danyang City
To broaden development horizons, learn from advanced industry experiences, and accelerate enterprise transformation and upgrading, the "Benchmarking Empowerment, Leading the Future" benchmarking study activity for the new generation of entrepreneurs, jointly organized by the United Front Work Department of the Danyang Municipal Committee, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Youth League Committee, and the Municipal Youth Chamber of Commerce, was successfully carried out from June 3rd to 5th. Tang Yipeng, General Manager of Guangsen Medical, accompanied the visiting group to Changzhou and Wuxi, where they immersed themselves in learning and exchanges at several industry benchmarking enterprises.
Event Introduction
This research and study activity combines on-site visits with informal discussions and exchanges. It has successively visited leading enterprises such as Changzhou Jinshi Robot, Wanbang Digital Energy, Ideal Automobile Changzhou Base, Shuangliang Group, Guoxia Technology, and Tianqi Automation, covering multiple cutting-edge fields such as intelligent manufacturing, digital energy, new energy vehicles, energy storage equipment, and intelligent robots.
During the visit, General Manager Tang Yipeng delved into the production workshops and product exhibition halls of various enterprises, earnestly inquiring about their development models, core technologies, intelligent manufacturing systems, and industrial layout strategies.

From leading automated production lines and full-stack self-developed intelligent systems, to diversified industrial layouts and international development paths, the innovative concepts, management experiences, and transformation ideas of benchmark enterprises have all brought profound inspiration. Focusing on topics such as technological innovation, industrial chain collaboration, and high-quality enterprise development, we engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanged ideas with the heads of various enterprises, clarifying our development directions through the collision of ideas.
During the study tour, the visiting group also entered the former residence of Qu Qiubai to trace the red footprints and comprehend the revolutionary spirit. While receiving red education, they further strengthened their sense of responsibility and mission to serve the country through industry and adhere to their original aspirations.

The trip to Changzhou and Wuxi was informative and rewarding.
